Hi,

About Me
|
I hold practices that support people, organisations, and communities to re‑orient how they imagine and enact change — from belonging, place, and relationship with Nature.
My work sits at the intersection of futures literacy, collective imagination, and regenerative practice. It has grown out of more than 30 years working across social change, education, community engagement, and futures‑informed processes — and from a growing recognition that many approaches to sustainability and regeneration no longer match the depth of change being asked of us. Rather than helping people “do sustainability better”, I work with what lies beneath: how we relate, how we make sense of the future, and how we act together when certainty is no longer available. |

How I Work
|
I do not work as a traditional consultant or strategist.
Instead, I hold:
My work supports you to stay with complexity without rushing to solutions, and to imagine futures in ways that do not reproduce extraction, domination, or disconnection. Across contexts, the work is grounded in:

My Experience & Grounding
|
My practice is informed by decades of work across:
I have worked with people and organisations across public, private, civic, educational, and community settings — often at moments of transition, tension, or uncertainty. What connects this experience is not sector expertise, but a sustained attention to how change is imagined and enacted — and who carries its cost. |

What I’m Known For
|
People often invite me into work because I am able to:
This is quiet, relational work - but it is foundational. |
|
My Practice Ecosystem
|
I've created a practice ecosystem that includes:
People enter this ecosystem in different ways — and stay for different reasons. |
|
My Mission
|
My work exists to support you to: imagine and enact futures without losing relationship — to yourself, to others, to place, and to the more‑than‑human world.
This is not about speed or optimisation. It is about orientation, care, and responsibility. |
|
Values
|
Belonging - change begins in relationship — not performance.
Inclusive - creating dynamic spaces where all beings are included. Love as a Social Mission - placing love for Nature and people at the heart of how we imagine, explore and create. Imagination - as a collective, ethical capacity - not a resource to extract. Care - For people, places, and the living world we are part of. Responsibility - Acting with awareness of consequence and interdependence. Fully Human - Refusing Anthropocene narratives to move to the Symbiocene. |
"I have learned so much, the processes we have been going through, they have been really eye-opening.
I was able to reflect on the way I have been doing things…and I have learned that developing an idea into reality is a long journey that one has to take very carefully.
That is a thumbs-up. You did a wonderful job for Lesotho."
