I'm an independent consultant, facilitator, trainer and leadership coach with 30 years of experience in social change, developing innovation and entrepreneurship eco-systems for sustainable development solutions.
As a futurist, social innovator and woman in business, I'm passionate about using futures thinking to open up communication and thinking, so that we enable better decision-making and deep transformation in the present. Steeped in sustainability, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and systems-thinking around ESG to support a fundamental shift in mindset and behaviours that builds resilience in a VUCA world, to overcome uncertainty and create new long-term value. Seasoned in boosting strategic thinking and planning for business development, building capacity and relationships focused on positive impact; and developing a culture of innovation for sustainable business models, products and services delivering climate and sustainable development solutions. Expert in engaging multi-cultural stakeholders as creative problem-solvers with a shared strategic vision and road-maps to turn ideas into action: government, public sector, private sector, civil society and investors.
