How do you pick the right partners?
Building good partnerships with other providers is directly connected to being part of strong, sustainable supply chains that make real social change happen. If you are a social business – particularly a solopreneur, micro or SME – building these partnerships is a vital part of you being able to win business, secure income, flourish and achieve your social impact. Not being in a good partnership is going to cost you time, money, credibility and wellbeing. As with all relationships, it takes time to build them; you want and need to put your energy into building the right ones. Speed up that process. Know your own criteria for who you want to partner with and why. Ask the right questions. Wondering what those questions are? Come to the Partnering Checklist workshop on 23rd May at Soft-Space Geneva to find out and create your decision-making framework.
