In today’s volatile and uncertain world, one way or another, our ‘Why?’ now goes hand in hand with sustainability and responding to the climate emergency as the ultimate driver of change.

After all of these years of changemaking, it can feel overwhelming to do this.

It can make you feel stuck, exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, feel obsolete.

It can mean that you feel uncertain about where you fit in, what your next step is or whether to even continue.

Yet, being a changemaker is the essence of who you are: whatever your profession, you take action to improve people’s lives and make the world a better place.

How, then, can you find your place again as a changemaker in today’s world?

You need to update your inner story as a changemaker, so that you can fully integrate what sustainability means and looks like into who you are and into your thinking and the way that you live and work…without burning out!

When you update your inner story, you will find hope and renew your connection to your wellbeing. This re-alignment is not about working harder or longer, it’s about finding new opportunities that enable you to feel fulfilled.

In this interactive session, Elaine will guide you through a proven process to unlock a new narrative that guides you forward.

Together, we will:

• Identify what’s shaping your world now.
• Explore the flourishing futures that you’re in-love with unfolding for yourself.
• Recognize how you meet your needs in empowering ways in those futures.
• Develop a new inner story and personal metaphor to guide you forward.

You’ll leave the session, able to put this new inner story into practice straight away, and immediately start regaining your sense of agency, place and capacity to contribute.
