The starting point for securing a range of implementation partners in your Open Innovation activities, is to bring them together to discover the problems that they are in-love with.

You want to secure their commitment to participating throughout the process, for their expertise and, especially, for their role as future funders for innovation teams creating radical solutions.

Too often, innovation activities start with what the organiser thinks is the problem, unmet need or challenge and only then they invite potential implementation partners to join the conversation.
