CAS Coordinators and Advisers play a key role in taking students on their Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) journey.

You inspire, steer and empower students to self-discover and take action.

Getting their engagement is challenging in terms of time, energy and resources. Yet, when students embed the skills that they are learning through the CAS, it directly supports knowledge and awareness in their academic studies, creating a positive impact.

CAS is the access point for developing an entrepreneurial mindset, able to face 21st Century challenges with creativity and resilience.

The activities of the CAS students have the power to play a huge part in the positive culture of the school, so you know the importance of raising the profile of CAS within a busy school environment.

The approach works with you to:
  • Understand yourself more clearly in this role as a creative leader
  • Revisit your existing CAS approach to update your strategy
  • Explore how to raise the profile of CAS and Service Learning within your school community
  • Engage with colleagues more proactively on how they can support CAS students
  • Give you strategies to overcome internal challenges about positioning CAS front and centre
  • Design opportunities to showcase service learning with CAS students

Specific workshops for all staff involved in staff involved in CAS are tailored to your specific requirements.
