As women, we are already experiencing greater vulnerability to the impacts of climate change and biodiversity loss in our daily lives. Gaps in access and equity are widening. The green jobs gender gap grow every day.

We Are Signals Every day, more and more women are committed to taking action for people and planet, working in sustainability and innovating new green and circular economy solutions. We are signals of change and we are always creating them with our projects, ventures and community-building. Storying-Into-Being Stories shape our culture and our beliefs; and belief is the fertile ground in which change begins, the starting point of this journey of shaping flourishing futures. As we speak the stories of futures that can come to pass, we seed belief in the horizons that we intend to create, the holistic solutions that we’re in-love with turning into reality, we create the culture of flourishing in the here and now. Weaving Flourishing Futures Into Reality It’s time for us to remember flourishing futures and as we imagine ourselves in them, we literally story them into being. Let's weave a tapestry of narratives where our needs are fulfilled, which resonates with our deep sense of purpose and reconnection with the planet. From Flourishing Futures to First Step Our flourishing futures are the true North that we walk back from, so that we can take the first step today. They are the stories that we can revisit time and time again, to keep our belief kindled. They are the thread of light which guide us forward to unfold, step-by-step, the futures that we are longing for. Alchemic Spaces Our stories of flourishing futures are powerful, alchemic spaces, where we can step back from our assumptions, fears, challenges and hurts, into healing and reconnection. They become a call to action, where we can rewrite world views, and include missing voices and create inclusive paths forward. As we take each step in our daily lives, we are unfolding our futures: to be heard, to raise our voices and to ensure that remembering flourishing futures enables change to happen today.
