It’s time for you to reconnect with that power too.
 
When women become the hosts of safe spaces to explore green, clean and fair futures, they unlock the tremendous power of imagination in their communities to do things differently. They inspire justice, diversity, equality and inclusion for everyone and in every solution. They seed the space for ecosystems of transformation to form.
 
As a Certified Foresight Essentials Practitioner, Elaine France builds these skills in different spaces to empower women to own change and reclaim the present and the future. Her guidance in this live online workshop, will give you a clear framework, including proven Institute for the Future (IFTF) strategic foresight and futures tools, for engaging your community in short sessions. You can apply the tools and format immediately to seed change.

Together we will:
  • Learn a simple futures process for engaging a community on a topic.
  • Explore why this process empowers you as a climate action advocate.
  • Play with applying the framework to support each other’s learning.
  • Navigate typical responses from a new group playing futures games.
  • Practice holding the space for participants experiencing their hopes, dreams and narratives.
  • Create our community of climate advocates, sharing the insights and stories of hope, sadness and transformation from our work. 
Who? This class is for women who want to engage their communities in imagining and exploring green, clean and fair futures
Length? This course is made up of an online live class of 120 mins with a follow-up check-in session of 60 mins.
