It's Time for Bold Explorations
In this learning session, you’re going to learn and practice using a core, proven futures-thinking tool – a Futures Wheel - that enables you to challenge assumptions and blind-spots whilst opening up bold explorations which bring new perspectives.
Learning to use this tool effectively, enables you to:
  • Feel safe and confident in being vocal and visible.
  • Push-back on statements and ideas for solutions that are presented as a done-deal.
  • Lead others on a systems-thinking journey that opens up new ways of seeing.
  • Navigate dynamics that feel full of conflict.


How you’ll learn.
This is a 90-min interactive, online group learning-by-doing session where you’ll be guided by Elaine France to:
  • Understand the Futures Wheel’s purpose and how it works.
  • Practice using the tool.
  • Roleplay using the tool in typical challenging situations so you know exactly what to do.

You’ll leave the session, confident in knowing why, how and when to use it as a proven process, backed up by the academic referencing (so no-one can say it’s woo), with a template and guidebook.
