This class is for educators, school and children's librarians and youth workers who want to increase youth wellbeing through experiential activities that empower young people to raise their voices and take action.
Working with young people to design, create and run inclusive innovation challenges in their school and local community, enables them to develop their life-skills as problem-solvers, deepen their wellbeing through imagination and raise their voices on issues that are important to them to shape the future. Elaine France has worked with 2000+ young people and educators, from around the world, to show them how to design, create, run and participate in innovation challenges. Her guidance in this live online workshop, will provide you with a proven framework to engage young people ages 8-25 years in a variety of settings. You can apply the tools and format immediately and effectively in your own setting. Together we will:
